I get one of these every time I try to feed any paper from feeder 2. The paper size and stock are all correct, but the feeder faults out every time. Any ideas?

Check the rolls around the vertical drive to see if any are soft. That will keep the motor from starting due to the torque needed to get them going.

  • Yep, that was it. Brown rubber wheels had a huge flat spot in them, all in the exact same spot, so when the shaft's rolled over it was like the motor hit the parking break and couldn't move.
