Reading through this thread, Ricardo, I'm wondering if the vacuum and blast air supplied by the compressor is sufficient, but maybe there are other factors involved causing the issues running heavier stock. As Contractor mentioned, have you disassembled the rotary valve to check for blockage? What is the condition of the forwarding suckers?

Rotary valve, the one that is in the feeder head? The suckers are ok. They are clean.

The forwarding and lifting suckers maybe clean but if they are worn and you have sideways movement you will have trouble feeding heavier stocks

Have you done any repairs on the pump? We once faced an issue where a blade that had got loose from the aluminum rotar and had punctured the radiator unit ( the part that pretty much looks like your car’s radiator).

pls anyone can help me of my press it us old 4colors press. before the vacuum pump is not working i cleaned all the pipi and the sunction. its all now ok. the vacuum now is all ok. but my problem it is not in the exact tyming when the vacuum is turning on. it will start vacuum when it is near into transfer gripper. i think it must be start vacuuming the paper when the position is in the right side of the drum soo he can hold the paper when i set into perfecting setting. the problem it will start vacuum the paper when it is near into transfer gripper. so he will not able to hold the paper so it will fell down. how can i adjust the tyming of the vacuum into drum. any one can help. thank you in advance god bless

Item #10, "Turning Valve Complete", (91.580.256F) failed. Over time, adhesive which fastens the plastic plate to the cast iron body no longer viable, which allowsplastic to shift out of position. Removal of OS bearing housing of storage drum required to accomplish repair. Definitely a task for skilled Heidelberg technician.
