Good Day All,
We are experiencing a serious problem with our Suprasetter A106 (with Autoloader)
On start up of the GUI, the following errors are coming up and preventing the machine from booting up.
ERROR 6707 - The electronics connection for the roller drive reports an error.
ERROR 5529 - Failed to detect drum motor drive.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, what was the cause?
Please help if you can! We are desperate to get our machine up and running again.
Any advice / assistance would be greatly appreciated.
