Stocastic Screens on DI Classic

Hello, I'm testing to burn plates with Stocastics Screens, on my DI Classic, with irregular results. My RIP give me the option, and I see interesting give it an oppotunity!!

Priting is OK, the plates take inks very well, and printing is fine looking.

But my problem is the diodes calibration. I adjust the power of the diodes, searching the uniform burning zones, but after imaging 3 or 4 plates, differences between each diode appears. And I have to re-calibrate again... a little boring, you know, and too much plates cosumition.

Have anyone print with FM Screens? Any idea?
