Speed Master 102FP Dampening Roll issue

Dear all,
We facing a technical issue that, while doing printimg, Dampening Roll get ON automatically as normal and printing can continues for 5 - 10 minutes without any issue and suddenly 4th Unit Dampening Roll get OFF and feeder get OFF accordingly( some times Dampening Roll get OFF but feeder does not stop, continues printing and scum will come on whole sheet from 4unit ). This problem repeats every time

For this, replaced air solenoid but not changes

Can any one help...!!

Exchange (swap positions) of EAK board? From right to left, 8th board is I/O for unit #5, exchange for another I/O board and see if problem moves. Or, simply reset board, meaning unplug and plug back in, WUTH POWER OFF.

Thanks for your reply, please clarify me two things, that, I mentioned problem is in 4th Unit not in 5th unit. So, which board will be I/O for unit #4?

Secondly, WUTH POWER OFF means "without power off" or with power off?

Guess it was a long day, I made two mistakes in my recommendations, the order of the I/O boards, from right to left, is:
Feeder, Delivery, Console, Cabinet, PU1 through PU5. So 8th board is actually the correct position.
First thing though, I would try resetting all boards in the cabinet to reestablish pin connections. It would be wise to use an electrical spray cleaner on pins.

First thing I'd do is to remove pan roller and check/clean the sensor and check the water flow (if you already haven't done so)

Possible causes of the dampening roll issue with the Speed Master 102FP include poor alignment or worn-out rollers that impact the ink-water balance. This issue can be solved by doing routine roller maintenance and inspections to make sure they are properly lubricated and adjusted. It would be wise to speak with a printing equipment expert if problems continue.
