Screen FT-R3050 initialization problem

I have a Screen imagesetter FT-R3035 that has perfectly for 10 years, now when I turn it on it starts it's initialization sequence but freezes when it gets to the 5th face ^0^. I've contacted a service man but without a service manual he's not sure where the problem lies. If anyone has a manual or is familiar with this problem please let me know.
