QM DI PRO Touch screen recalibration

Does anyone know how to recalibrate the touch screen for a Heidelberg QM DI PRO? Some of the icons work if you touch near them and others don't work at all.

 

There is a screen calibration procedure but I think you will need to get into it via the security code which is randomly generated so you may need to use Heidelberg or a tech with access to the software to do this.

 

Thanks Free, I've gone thru everything and the screen can only be calibrated by a Heidelberg Tech, which I find silly. A customer should be able to calibrate their own screen if it gets damaged or goes out of cal. To me that is a basic function.

 

Griznarf, it may be considered a basic function yet it is part of the utilities software which is password protected.
