Roland 806 7M+L cardboard thickness

Hello!
Has anyone come across a Roland with the specific undercut sizes for cylinders on the serial number plate and knows if this UNDERCUT information confirms what MAXIMUM thickness of cardboard the cylinders can handle.Please let us know mlucas@asnewprint.com.au

Looks like a special order. I can't say exact thicknesses. Accurate information can be obtained from Roland.
The instructor who puts the machine into operation can also easily measure the thickness of the packing's. It is an old machine (more than 40 y) and can work with and without contact between the rings. You need an old instructor (retiree). Many things on this machine are different from the modern one. On this machine, anything is possible with a good printer.

This is 0.004" above the ring. Normal for this mode of work. Blanked +packing must by 0.0809", on a par with the ring. For normal operation it is necessary to check the rings contact.
The R800 is manufactured to work on the rings only by special order. For this reason, such a plaque is rare.
