Presstek Di34 error 033

I suddenly have this error: error 033, there is no action possible anymore, what causes this?

Test the:
1) communication cables for loose , bad connection, dirty or corrosion or faulty cable

2) Feed cables: for loose or bad connection, or dirty, or corrosion or faulty cable.

The error 033 came out then I turned it back on and it came out 032 then 031

I looked at the cables. There is no visible lesion.

Can you tell me what to do? It seems to me that the machine has gone out of phase but I do not turn mine and a karat 46

If you are sure , the Ribbon cable( communication cables is ok) proceed with:

Reset the Motherboard(CPU or Microprocessor).

Test: 1) the Vcc of Cpu or Microprocessor 2) the Clock of CPU or Microprocessor)

3) Clean very well all Edge connector Board ( 75% of electronic failure is to due this problem)

Excuse me but maybe I (mis?)understood the cause. Before stopping, the machine gave me a file reading error, so I turned off the machine to restart it. But I didn't do the clunch for the machine alignment, so the result is that it doesn't make me do more nothing (difficulty translating?) If you kindly know how to mechanically reset the machine, thanks.
