Hi luis
- Ensure the CR2032 battery is installed with the correct polarity (positive side facing up) , then Check for corrosion or debris in the battery socket. Clean it gently with isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth or brush
Unplug the system and remove the new CMOS battery.
Locate the CMOS jumper on the motherboard to do a reset , Move the jumper to the reset position for about 10 seconds, then return it to its original position.
Reinsert the battery and restart the system.
But first please Use a multimeter to ensure the new battery has adequate voltage 3V
If the system boots, consider updating the BIOS to the latest version to prevent further issues.
If these steps don't resolve the problem, the motherboard itself may have an issue
