Presstek 3404di laser imaging error E-025

I was recently running density tests for a smoother plate images, and had to replace one of the 3 lasers on tower 1. All went well, got it dialed in with density tests and was great. But after imaging a third time with new laser I lost all image on zone 2. The next time I tried imaging it got up to speed then shut down with E-025 error. The GUI error code is 268460109. NSA error code is 1000604D laser shunt relay open error.

Anyone know what these codes mean? I tried a different laser, same thing. Is the board shot? Anything else I can try before replacing the board?

E-025 talks about communication between CPU console and laser heads.
Check board drivers.
Try with another Firewire cable.
Let me know if something different happens, please.
