Polar 115 EMC-MON s/n 6432003 problem with cutting caused by PCB - MHY 024657A

We have Polar 115 EMC-MON with s/n 6432003

we faced an error code CUT BUTTONS BLOCKED
as we checked on normally pressed left cut button there are no power 24V DC delivered

the power to buttons supplied by PCB - MHY 024657A

does anyone have electric diagram of the MHY 024657A pcb?
