3rd unit plate clamp not allowing plate onto pins. Generally this is a bladder issue. not the case. New bladder, completely different plate clamp assembly, new "festo" pancake valves all to no avail.
Plate is not going in far enough to reach pins, and in turn is not clamping on the tail either. have used plate loaders from every unit on the press.
Timing? angle of cylinder not correct for plate entry? move which way? how much?
