PLEASE Need Help plate loading issues

3rd unit plate clamp not allowing plate onto pins. Generally this is a bladder issue. not the case. New bladder, completely different plate clamp assembly, new "festo" pancake valves all to no avail.
Plate is not going in far enough to reach pins, and in turn is not clamping on the tail either. have used plate loaders from every unit on the press.
Timing? angle of cylinder not correct for plate entry? move which way? how much?

You can set pre Pins in Loader.On Loader, on the drive side You will see, down small hole. You can set it ther, befor unlock the shaft.

 

can you be a little more specific? im not sure what you mean by this

 

How far away from the pins does it go? Are we talking less than 1mm or more?

its due to pneumatic valve problem.
