Man Roland 300 - problem with BKF12 error 38

I participate in a forum.
We have an R305, which has been stopped for a year, with no solution.
I'm going to go into detail, first it started with a problem with the tachogenerator of the M000 engine. Staff were hired to change it.
Carrying the Simoreg 6RA22, when restarting the fault F14 appeared (The minimum field current is not enough).
A DC motor maintenance company was contracted. he took out the engine to check the fields. Everything's fine.
I have nothing else to check Parameter P:76 P76=0
Any opinion will be welcome.

Hi sir;

Hope you are well, i believed that you must test very well the currente converter G000, for to control the DC main motor ) M000.
Enabling driving and braking torque in both directions.

2)See if LED D1; 5vDC are there, if is there if in tolerance in 0.7% up or down, remember this a power supply regulated, any difference of tolerance, will be result in Faulty.

3)
Check following voltages:
1. armature voltage
2. field voltage
3. field current

if there are according with the ID PLATE motor!!

4)
During data transfer LED D3 und LED D4 display the following: !
D3 blinks 1x/sec. D4 OFF communication with SIMOREG is o.k
OFF blinks 4x/sec . communication with Leitstand is o.k. blink 4x/sec blink 4x/sec OFF no data exchange with SIMOREG
OFF ON no or missing communication with Leitstand

Dear forum professionals. I hope you're well. Points 2 and 4, referring to the Simoreg communication board. This error occurred on several occasions. With HA message (Communication error). The press stopped, when the red LED turned on, the communication resumed.
Then a new bug appeared. (Not shown in the list, from Generator Taco) This made your ride a bit smooth (speed differences).
When placing the new TG. runs 40 seconds and stops with failure:
HA Output current outside the rated value range.
Simreg's screen. Indicates F14.
The next step is to check the armature voltage and current, terminals (3C, 3D) Terminal board X2. Voltage delivered by the tachogenerator

However take in consideration the power supply, for tolerance in 0.7% up or down.! as i did explain before for converter.
