So we had the error 90 on our Man Roland 304 machine.

We swapped the Weko board between units and the error followed the board. (blue box in the side door)

Is this a faulty board?
Does it maybe only need a reset via CPL tool disk?
If it is broken, can it be fixed/repaired?

I see that many in here have had a problem with the CPL units in the past. No one here in our country has had these CPL problems, but there are, and have been many Man Roland 300 machines here.

We have a good technician but he has never come across these errors on the CPL units.

Any help would be great :-)

I'm trying to help u last time.

Q. Is this a faulty board?
A. Yes

Q. Does it maybe only need a reset via CPL tool disk?
А. Maybe... There is no such thing as a "reset" of the CPL. There is only an automatic zero procedure (Overwrite the flash). It can be done with CPL Disk or from the PU buttons (safer and easier). Takes a few minutes!!!
.
Q. If it is broken, can it be fixed/repaired?
A. Yes

Perform the automatic zero procedure from the PU. This procedure will overwrite the flash memory. Using a CPL disk, you can't do anything more than that.
The picture shows the procedure in German. I don't have it in English.

    Thank you Drukman.

We tried to zero out in the PU but the error 90 did not go away. We had to cut out the plate because the PU would not let us zero out. At least i think we where doing that. (does it take a few minutes - not just a few moments?)

Also, we are having a electrician mesuring/looking at the Weko board to see if there is lack of voltage or something damanged.

Where would one have the Weko board repaired if they cant do it?

it take a few minutes !!!!!MINUTES!!!! 3-4 minutes. Wait!!!

The same error 90 is coming.

We run the 02 program but it produced error 91. So we try again.

Do we need to use the CPL tool disk or is it the same as we are doing on the tower?

One of the motors is not working properly. Use of a test program is required. Be very careful. A wrong upgrade renders the system unusable. It is best to contact a specialist who has already worked with CPL
