1) Test the power supply after the secondary of main transformer(see your schematic diagram) and see if the voltages are in range of tolerance of Vca example 3x 24 in secondary , must be tolerance 1% up or down.
2) In consequence test the power supply for : -24Vdc , since your machine a SPS = PLC , if this voltage is NOT there or out tolerance, you have found your problem. The PLC will NOT work and by that reason is the brain for your motor.
3) Need to test the output board A 358/11 +12 in the PLC the LED's green , and observe which one is putting in RED.
4) In that way you will see if the electronic board is the problem with the RUN of the main drive.
Can you tell me which main power supply I wouldn't look for?
I will also ask for a better quality photo, as the LED markings cannot be seen. Check after switching on without moving or when an error occurs?
Encoder is connected direct to BKF, Cable 100% OK, I also made a new one with plugins.
The encoder replaced another one used from this machine and another one with 3600 pulses and I changed the parameter P143 in the inverter from 1024 to 3600. The symptom is the same. Tomorrow I will have a new encoder from Roland.
BKF sees in parameter P002 that the motor begins to turn left or right
Yes, the problem was found and the problem is with the interface/communication card on BKF12.
I resoldered all the elements on the board again, but there is still a problem at minimum speed, e.g. when installing printing plates.
Does anyone repair these modules?
I am an electronics engineer, soldering certainly helped, but there is still a small problem, the module previously responded to bending.
I have had the same problem in several machines and it was the microsuich of the brake, manually test the brake and see if the LED turns the LED on and off, the other check the safety relay signals.
Problem is 100% with Comunication module 3.9493C on the BKF12.
When I bend the module, the machine starts and works properly. The problem is clearly related to the measurement of turnover. The module has been fully soldered. There is probably a micro crack inside the module.
I am looking for such a module.
Does the price concern a repair or a remanufactured module? Can I send the module back after putting on a new one? Maybe I can still run it until the new one comes. Please provide the full cost. I need to provide information to the client.
