Itek 3985 image position in plate

For an Itek 3985, how far down from lead edge of plate should the press sheet line up to? I've always figured about 1.125 inches. Were setting up a new platemaker and I'm wanting to know EXACTLY. I'm not at work right now so I don't have access to the manual or a plate right now.
