hp indigo - problem auto bias

Hi,
Then the machine starts Auto Bias - appear the error message:
Pip charge stabilization test exceeds maximum allowed number of cycles.
Also, before appear: Engine did not acknowledge a separation description message within 60 seconds.

And, if I try to print something - always is printed a black page.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?
