hp indigo winding problem

i am experiencing winding problem. film merges to middle, does anyone know what is the cause and how to solve this? thank you for the help

You may check by adjusting tension and looking there is no dirtiness in the rollers and nip rollers, also if the film substrate roll is deformed around the edges -because of the cutting process- you will have shrinking problems when unwinding/winding

You need to set parallelism and level for rollers. Something is not straight.
