Heidelberg 74 Baldwin circulation parts

Need water Speen controller block.
Pipes got broken of and blocks cracked.
Need replacement parts.
Anyone have any idea where to go to look bits

Does the water control valve do anything special or would a 4 way T cross fitting do with a tap on the outlet?
Would that work?

Hi sir:
The fountain solution supply to the press is adjusted by
means of the supply line valve.

There 2 condition: Valve Open: Supply fountain solution,
b) Valve close: No fountain solution.

I understand what you are telling me
But if I replaced the valve block marked x with the 4 way cross and put a tap control on outlet to machine marked red arrow would the circulation work ?
