Fiery Keeps Crashing, Stocks loaded in trays not showing up in job settings.

So I have been dealing with the Fiery crashing for about 8 months now. Just the Command Work station not the computer itself. Also the stocks that you load some times do not show up in the job settings causing you close out the Command Work Station and sign in again to have them appear.

It is getting annoying. Is there a patch or a fix for this? I would say this happens 5 to 6 times a day if not more.

Fiery seems to come with alot of problems, however we had similar problems with our CP800 not updating stock, there was some glitch when you updated from internet explorer 10 to 11 i think it was, try downgrading you IE. Thats the solution we had..

The Fiery is a real pain!! Has some nice features but tends to struggle with the basics which is a shame. Mine seems to be more stable if my "Hold" que is kept tidy by only having 50-200 files in there at a time.

Also make sure that you are upto date with any updates.

I will take Fiery over Free Flow any day. I had so many problems with my Free Flow. My Fiery is in need of a update but there is never enough time to let Xerox do it.

you should be able to set your fiery for auto downloads and then when they're downloaded install the ones you want
