Duplo DBM 5000, RL VP error

My Duplo DBM 5000 shows [E08] RL VP ERROR.
From the manual book, i need to open and close the cover properly, but nothing change.

Does anybody knows what happen and how to fix it?
 
Hi, it seems that nobody replied to this, I am also facing the same issue RL VP E08 error message on the booklet maker DBM 500(Duplo 5000 system), how did you solve this issue , thank you
