Duplo 5000 DBM-500 - E10 motor error

The machine does not want to start, displays error E10 (main IX), the engine does not even move, the inverter shows 0.00hz. without errors. During the last operation, the machine began to slow down and stopped. Unfortunately, the lack of a diagram and service documentation makes diagnostics difficult. How is the start signal implemented and what can cause this error?
