    I have these documents but seems awhile since you have posted so you probly have all you need by now, I am stuck in a situation where i cannot find the software to download to Display terminal, Seems data has been wiped, Can you help?

    Hello, My Duplo DBM 5000 pro shows [E08] RL VP Error.
    Based on the error manual, i need to open the cover and close it again properly, but nothing change, does anyone know how to fix it?
