Duplo DBM-500 software

Hello,
can anyone help me with software for DBM-500 module!? I am able to burn EEPROM just needs files which we need to burn. Attched is photo of my serial number.

Also, is anyone know how communication parameters needs to be initially adjusted at DBM-500?? I have attached 2 pages how my communication parameters looks like now and also error which is mentioned with my machine.

Any solution available??
