auto Adjusting print quality-can it be stopped?

which problem? the spitting? or the constant "adjusting print quality"?
spitting- pretty sure we adjusted the purge settings.....? it never really came back.
toner concentration control in NVM settings, you adjust how often the engine stops to purge itself.

yeah, we/he did some other things too... but tech that did it, up and moved to Florida. Or id call and ask him LOL
developer change, feel like maybe he changed the donor rollers... or just cleaned them. i remember hearing "they get a buildup and can cause dark spots"
