I'm looking to digitally print on a cylinder, but with a small diameter (as small as .4"). Does anyone know of a printer that is capable of doing this? I have seen some that can do cylinders, but the min diameter is larger than what I need. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have serious problem when printing 4+4 on Roland 308. The side printing on the first 4 units looks terrible. I have a lot white spots which made my prints without contrast, and solids ( blue, red ) look grainy. The situation is worst if printing dark colors. If I print 4+0 everything is OK...

According the 52DI manual the blanket should measure 0.1mm over the bearer. The manual shows the plate being 0.178mm thick but it doesn't spec the plate cylinder undercut. How much over the bearer is the plate cylinder? Also then, what is the recommended plate to blanket squeeze? Am I correct...

If you have rust on your transfare cylinders (Komori full cylinders) I have a very good solution (and i do not mean buy a Heidelberg) use it once and it will hold for years , looks good and will not fail. also good for sellers who want to sell a press with no rust :-)
