Digital Printing on a cylinder

I'm looking to digitally print on a cylinder, but with a small diameter (as small as .4"). Does anyone know of a printer that is capable of doing this? I have seen some that can do cylinders, but the min diameter is larger than what I need.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Most people either pad print, screen print or use heat transfer film. Trying to see if there are other options out there to do quick, small run 4-color process decorating.
