Rotary valve, the one that is in the feeder head? The suckers are ok. They are clean.

We had a mechanic look at the pump. He said the pump it’s ok. It’s with in specs. That’s what my debate it’s all about. If everything is ok, why running cover stock is a pain in the bud to run? If it’s me, I want to know. If I find up it’s me, I will quit.

Not enough vacuum, not enough blast. The vanes are ok.

I checked everything and it’s ok. No leaks. After I clean that valve it got better.

Both pumps are in the press. Maintenance is done every Monday: filters clean and grease. Does anyone know what it’s the right pump that I need in a Heidelberg 102 zp 1994? How many bar do I need to run the feeder suction, slow down wheels?

Which one has more power? Which one blast more air?

Don’t have one, didn’t have the right training. Basically the training last 2 hours. Pretty much where the water are, how to make a plate/ink move. Just basics.

the sheets size is 26X40 inches. The cover stock thickness is .011. But like I said, running any cover stock it’s a pain in the bud.

Every time I run cover stock it’s a pain in the bud to run it. I have all kinds of problems feeding that paper.

I thought so. I just tried that stock and that showed up. Could that hurt the press? Is it safe to keep running that heavy stock?

Hi, gentleman’s. Next weeks I’m going to try to run black stock (cover). I have never tried before. Do you guys have any idea if the eyes are going to detect that paper? Or the side guide eyes? I run a Heidelberg 102 zp cp tronic 1994. Thanks.
