Good morning, gentleman’s. Rookie here. This morning I was ready to start running. Started taking the delivery pile up but I notice that it was going up very slow. So I took the pile down and that was it. Now I can’t move the pile up. I have checked some limit switch but the problem still here. Any idea? I run a 102 Heidelberg ZP 1994 cptronic

Delivery back-stop bar stuck in the raised position? Just pull it down if it is.

Since you say the pile moved up slowly initially, and then you went down (any obvious change in down mode?), now won’t go back up, leads me to believe you may have a bad STK board or the needle bearings in the hoist shaft have gone dry and are binding the shaft from rotating. If board is bad, you may prove this by swapping the two STKs. But first, look closely at the areas the hoist shaft enter the side frame both OS and DS, there should be no gap between shaft and frame. CHECK BOTH SIDES. If you see a gap greater than about .1-.2mm (.004-.008”), you’ve a problem.

    Dear Ricardo,
please check the electrical plug on the delivery pile motor on D.S.
sometimes plug with loose connections, motor not running.
    Regards,
