Help with an Emergency Stop Error in Man Roland 700

Dear all,
There is a error in our machine (emergency stop error) which does not let us to make the machine ready. The machine also does not let us to do jogging or other acts. It is notable to mention that we have checked all emergency push buttons, wiring and relays and they are OK. Does anyone have a similar experience with this error?

    Please consider that the three green lights of the machine are on but when the Start button is pressed, the machine emits a beep until the Stop button is pressed.
