Urgent Help with Roland 700 positioning error

Hello dear experts
I have a problem with our man roland 700 machine. we changed the main convertor BKF12 and now everything is ok just our problem is that when changing the plates the system has RTR: Positioning error
We changed the parameters of Converter but nothing result

The parameters must be loaded from the original HA parameter diskette. RTR has 1480 possible errors. Which one of them.

PP. The machine does not change plates even if there is an error in the register motors.

You know it passes the exact position of the inductive sensor about 10 mm and then 'positioning error' appears

Check the slow speed. If the HA parameters are wrong, it may not position properly. The HA parameters must be written to the inverter with Paraffin. The program is included in the diskette set.

I don't have the machine diskete can I take a backup from previous inverter and download them to the new one?

Yes. You can.
Parafin is used because the file format on Roland diskettes is not compatible with the Baumuller program. Copying parameters from one inverter to another is possible with it.

Thanks a lot but I have a question, why each parameter has a set of 4 value ex. 10.0 10.1 10.2 and 10.3?

There are 4 parameter packages. At startup the inverter selects the package that is set to be used. I think for you this is package 0 or 1. 3 and 4 are factory default.

I know it has 4 data set but always it reads the one which is selected in P6 or the data sets are switching through machine running?

Parameter set is selected when starting the inverter. Do not play with the machine. It will become broken.
