Hello everyone
I have a problem with Man Roland 505 2007, please if someone have an experience please help me.
When we turn on the machine, sometimes it starts and runs for a few minutes, but suddenly the machine’s keys shut down, and it stops responding to any commands. Occasionally, the machine’s computer starts up, but the machine itself doesn’t start at all.
We’ve received error messages related to safety relays a few times, but the machine has 28 of these relay boards, and if the issue is with the relays, we don’t know which one is faulty to repair or replace it.
If you have any experience with this issue, please help us figure out how to identify and solve the problem. If there’s any software that can help diagnose the issue, please recommend it.

We’re really in a tough situation.
Thank you for your attention.

To help you, you need to provide some information.
Start with a screenshot of the errors. Write down what version of the software you have. If you don't know how to check, take a shot of the "Program" CD

PP The central console computer and the machine work independently. If one of them fails, it does not prevent the other from working.

  • this is all errors we have on computer. and I don't know the software version, I'll check and write later.

Insert the diagnostic module into A358 slot 2, as in the picture. Turn the rotary switch to FF. Start the machine. When the software loads, take a picture of the module.
Most likely you have a semi-damaged processor board on some unit. It happens often.

And a picture of the errors at the same time.
There is no error in this photo.

Have you changed boards in the machine from one place to another? If so, which ones and where?

The other possible fault is that board.

We have two of them in the main cabinet:
The last one is in rack A354.
The last one is in rack A350.
    Is that correct?

Replace the board in the photo with the same one from some PU. The last one on the right in A358
