the knife goes down, the back plate moves only manually by pressing the buttons, if i type a measurement on the keyboard and press the button for the back plate to move automatically, then the computer freezes, the keyboard does not work and the screen is frozen.
according to the diagram we checked the fuses and found that not a single voltage matchesfor
example: when the cards 4041 4042 4043 4044 are connected to the machine the fuse current is half of what is prescribed in the diagram, if we remove the plates we get on some fuses twice as much current as prescribed in the diagram, please help if anyone has any idea what could be

Where do you put the common probe? It looks like you don't have common ground. You have separate windings in the transformer.
Also check is the primary phases are all ok.

    Did you solve it?

Thanks for the reply; yes, we solved the problem and the machine is running. However, the 31-3111 board freezes whenever we enter a measurement and press the button to move the rear plate automatically, or when we press the error button. The boards were sent to the Senator Schneider service center for repair; prior to the repair, the board (computer) did not freeze.
We suspect the wrong EEPROM was installed, though the service center denies this.
If anyone has an EEPROM for this board, please contact me.
SC 31-3111 model, Senator Schneider SC 115, year 2004.
