Hi all, I am facing this sensor issue located at SM74 delivery area. The 2nd sensor sometimes blinking cause machine stop very frequent. The sensor is clean without dust. Can anyone guide?
You have to check if the red light from opposite sensor (they are working in pair) is hitting exactly in the middle target. Also check if guard is fixed as it should be, not moving arround, etc...
If it therefore flashes at some point, the sensor has not received the return signal.
Check the fixing of the light bar, look for a bad contact at the level of the sensor control, the vibration of the machine can also cause this problem; check the output of the control of the DIPM module

Yes we did checked the vibration as well, but seems not this problem. The delivery feeder is lock fit on floor, and its always happened on the 2nd (middle) sensor only. The 1st (top) and 3rd (bottom) is no problem. So, still cant see the root cause.
Hi sir;
1) Test the Regulated power supply for sensor , normally is +24Vdc in tolerance 0.7% up or down
2) Test the cables, for dust, oil, corroded, or bad contact, or defective connector of sensor, or sensor faulty.
