SM52 Grease System Fault

Anyone know how (and where) to clean the grease screen on the auto grease function for a SM52. The fault with a grease gun appears on the screen. Manual says to fill grease container and clean screen. Grease container was filled without cleaning the screen and the grease sensor came back on. Where is the screen??? In the grease tank? Do I have to remove the tank and pump out of the press??? Thanks for any help and ideas!

when you turn off the machine and fill the grease tank and turn on the machine and put it on the job, after several turns the fault on the console screen disappears, this means that the problem has been solved otherwise if the fault does not go away, it means that there is another problem thank God bless us.

Maher, Thank you, I ending up figuring out it was a sensor in the auto grease function on our SM52. I contacted Heidelberg and a new part should arrive for install tomorrow.

Please help me. I had prblem in sm 52 2p 2000 cptronic. Changing the grease and alarm appeared in running and the sign of grease, cylender 24000 round not start from 0. It's continuous. Thanks. Little little English

Check the pressure switch at the operation side in printing unit 1

Check the pressure switch at the operation side in printing unit 1.
Also double check the level sensor in the grease container

Level sensor is inside grease container. Grease filter is on drive side first printing unit.

There is no grease filter for this machine

Turn off the machine and mix the grease with oil to make it a little lighter in the lubrication jar. If you had the grease for the lubrication change the one in the jar otherwise do what I I said above. After putting the machine in mache and let it run until the lubrication faces or presses the button. If this is not done we will see the following on the picture.

For me it is not necessary to touch the switch for the moment but see the jar of lubrication.
