Thank you.The Vacuum pump, that has 1500mbar is more powerful.
Blessing
I’m having problems with the suction of the vacuum. I cleaned one of the valve that is located on the drive side of the press and I got a little better but I think it is not strong enough. I run a Heidelberg 102 zp 1994 cp tronic. I’m running the slow down wheels, the pick up sucker and the blast on the feeder with the 500 bar pump. Are you certain it’s a pump issue?
Both pumps are in the press. Maintenance is done every Monday: filters clean and grease. Does anyone know what it’s the right pump that I need in a Heidelberg 102 zp 1994? How many bar do I need to run the feeder suction, slow down wheels? Are you in possession of both of the pumps pictured above? When I read your initial post, I took your question as you were wondering which one to buy. Are the both running on your press now? Have you done the maintenance on them? Have filters been checked? Are the gaskets in the yellow canister in place, preventing powder from being drawn back into the pump?
do you think this pump is enough? As far as I know, these machines were equipped by RIETSCHLE DCLF130DVV compressors. They have 130m³ +/- 0.7 bar. Instead of graphite lamelas, they have steel blade. I'm quite sure these type compressors are obsolete and you can't find them in the market. The replacement for this compressor is KTA/DVT130 from RIETSCHLE. It has same performance but less maintenance.
I checked everything and it’s ok. No leaks. After I clean that valve it got better.Yes, it is enough. Did you check if the tubes are fine? Is there any leakage in vacuum line?
Not enough vacuum, not enough blast. The vanes are ok.Only weak on the vacuum side? Have you looked at the carbon vanes in the compressor?
We had a mechanic look at the pump. He said the pump it’s ok. It’s with in specs. That’s what my debate it’s all about. If everything is ok, why running cover stock is a pain in the bud to run? If it’s me, I want to know. If I find up it’s me, I will quit.By "the vanes are ok", do you mean they are all in one piece, or you've checked the dimensions, proving they've not been worn down to a minimum allowable length? Do they all move freely in their slots?
