Hello, our technotrans combistar stops every 15 min. Firstly d-circuit become disabled with no errors, next technostar switch off with post errors. Alcosmart works well, level sensors in tanks is good. What else reasons can disable d-circuit after 15 min.?

Hello,
What is the error message? You can check it from display? Most likely it is IPA redundant emergency stop error. Does it have alcosmart or combicontrol?

Hello, thank you for reply. Yes, it has Alcosmart. See attachments.

    Hi sir:
I saw is Alcosmart, However, you have show Combistar beta c.220L??

But if you have Alcosmart: Please measure

    1) +24Vdc power supply, the symptom to Stop every 15 minutes, is indication that power supply for+24Vdc is interrupt.

    2) look for loose connection, connectors, or overheating components in the PC board.

    3) attached is there for 2 main reason that there can be a erratic problem"a) dry solder b) cold solder joint.

4)attached is the wiring diagram: see the relais coil(possible faulty to overheating coil) +contact for dirty, damage or faulty.

    Hello,
The definition for "Over flow DSIT" is "Over flow in Dampening Solution Intermediate Tank" and is level sensor inside intermediate tank which is generating this error. Open the lid of intermediate tank, remove filter mat basket and check the water level. If it is too high, then the level sensor will be activated and stops the circulating pump accordingly. In this case, you need to turn the mechanical floating ball in a direction where stands higher on water surface. There is bolt which is tightening the ball, loose it first and tight it once it is adjusted. There is flap inside pump foot which adjust the return flow. The water should be 10 to 20mm higher than the pump foot while the pump is running. If the level is not high, then you need to check the sensor. Directly under electric plug, there is a level sensor with a floating part. Check if floating part is moving upward and downward freely. If it moves freely, the it could be defective. You can make a bridge on the sensor wires and run the unit until you get the new part. But be careful, the water level in intermediate tank should be checked before the production, otherwise it will over flow and you will have water everywhere on the floor.

    Good luck

    I recommend you :

First follow my steps, since the sensor can be good or can be adjusted well, however
if the -power supply is defective, will be Useless.

If everything is o.k, Follow the indication from my colleague Mathew.

Hello, this error is the POST FACT, firstly d-circuit become disabled (unchecked on screen) and pumps also become off, but level in tanks and sensors is OK.

    Hi,
When you turn the unit ON, after alcosmart warm up, check IPA volume. If it show > 15% or > 18% then it's got an internal problem and should be repaired. You just need to be patient and stand in front of it for 10 to 15 minutes.

One more thing, make a reset on buffer and acknowledge all the error messages. And then check which is coming first.

After warming up between 10 and 15 min. IPA volume is 5-6%

Then it would be my first assumption. Check the level in intermediate tank.

By the way, is there any air bubbles in dampening solution tank??? Can you send a photo?

In service menu of alcosmart we found that temperature is about 0-1 degrees, but D-circuit temp. was 10C° at this time.
