Heidelberg SM 74-4 Technotrans delta.d F013 problem

Hi everyone,
We have Heidelberg SM 74-4, which worked properly yesterday, and worked a little bit today morning, and than on technotras screen this F013 error appears.
we checked all cables and voltage, everything seems to be OK.
tryed to cancel by pressing F1, but nothing works.
Can anyone help,

Hi Alisher,
Probably TECON or one of the other electronic modules has got a problem and CANBUS communication line is intrupted. Can you send a photo from unit plate? With unit type and serial number.

Yes, one of them could be damaged.
