Reinstall or replace the ESS memory ram dimm no.2

please there three memory , which of them? the single memory (one) or the dual one? please show me image , and where can I buy it from. thank you

laptop memory? 512mb i can use

I tried a new 512mb but still the error persisted , i even use two 512mb in both slot as directed but the screen is still stuck with same error , what might be the possible cause , the machine has a lot of life in it, when it get stuck for a long time a error 116 - 399 shows, I don't have a firmware to for reinstallation, should i need to change the Hard Disk?
