I faced a similar issue with my Xerox 4112 EPS, where paper consistently jammed at the left-side door, and no error was displayed. Here’s how I fixed it:

    1. Inspect for Obstructions: Open the left door and check for small paper fragments or debris in the path.
    2. Paper Settings: Ensure the paper type and size in the settings match the loaded paper. Mismatched settings can cause feeding issues.
    3. Roller Maintenance: Clean the feed rollers with isopropyl alcohol. Worn-out rollers may need replacing, especially on older machines.
    4. Fuser Area Check: Inspect the fuser and exit area for snags or misaligned parts.
    5. Test Paper Quality: Ensure you’re using suitable, flat, and dry paper.
    6. Door Sensor: Check if the door closes properly. Misaligned sensors can cause issues.

To test the paper quality, I would check if it's flat, dry, and free from wrinkles or curls. I also make sure the edges are smooth and the paper isn't damp. I avoid using old or damaged paper, as it can cause jams. It's also important to store the paper in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup. This ensures the paper works well with the printer.
