Hey Xerox Experts,

I'm almost pulling my hair out here!

I've got a picture below showing the cyan drum. It was installed new, printed a couple thousand black texts, and then started leaving cyan lines on the prints!

I've replaced it a couple of times with the same problem, and even replaced the developer housing with new OEM and new powder twice, but still the same issue.

TRC adjusted
ATC sensor is correct

Any advice would be super appreciated.

Hmm, would have also thought replacing drum + developer housing + developer would have solved it.

When you put in the new cyan drum, does a color test print (100%, 50%, 25%, 10% coverage) look perfect?

How many prints on your machine? I wonder if swapping the secondary transfer roller would be in order?

Cleaning blade changed as well?

    Machine has 4 millions.
I just discovered that the cyan drum is always full of cyan toner inside, that's why it flooding the toner everywhere! and the machine asking for more Cyan toner cartridges! I just reset the NVM, I will run another job and see how it goes.
If you've ever taken a drum apart, you'd see a chamber inside for leftover toner. That chamber usually doesn't fill up before the drum dies, but mine got packed with cyan toner after just a couple thousand prints!

    Resetting NVM did nothing!
Here's another picture showing the drum inside full of toner after around 5000 black only prints!

Check the auger in the back for the cyan drum. Seems like it might be backed up.
