I ask for help in finding the problem
After restoring the machine, the following problem emerged:
If the switch S60 is connected to the NO contacts as shown in the diagram, the machine refuses to start the cutting cycle.
If the switch S60 is connected to the NC contacts, then the machine performs a cutting cycle stopping at about 280 degrees of the cycle. The computer turns off the machine. After restarting and manually returning the position, everything repeats again.
At some point, the machine began to work normally, and with the switch connected to the NO contacts as shown in the diagram. But the next day the problem appeared again.
All relays and contactors are new, the circuit has been checked and there are 100% no installation errors!
What could be the problem, maybe someone has faced a similar situation?
