My machine cannot running or rolling. Because the voltage is over 400v.
After that. I call engineer work service my electronic.
First init test1. Sltcon 5bff
After service
Svt flashing.

"SVT Defective" according to code translation. Also, one mention of 120V circuit fail. Check GRM for proper incoming AC and outgoing DC voltages.

1) is the Input voltage are you using in the machine 102 SM?
2) What cp tronic use ? or Cpc?

1. My input 3phase 380v. After error n my machine cannot run. My input become 405v. And then i complaint for electricity. Now my input power stabilize become 380-390v.
2. I using cp tronic. I dont know about what model, im not intelect about engine n software.

I can understand.
Try to adjust the tap of primary winding in the main transformer of the machine
2) measure the power supply electronic +5+24Vdc,etc see your schematic diagrams if there in tolerance.
Not more higher than 0.7% or down,otherwise you must repair or replace the electronic board
3) if the voltages fluctuation is very Heavy try to install Relay stabilizer from Heidelberg manufacturer, otherwise you must have many problem like
this..

Thnks mr chock. The trouble not from power suply or transformer. I just try a srk board from my friend. And i tested, the trouble between svt or srk. Its very difficult. Because the price in here not cheap.
Im from indonesia. N the technian from here, ex heidelberg. Technician heidelberg indonesia cant compre with europe or america.
Maybe i need 3 until 4 days again. After i got news from my technician. I will post again

However , i must remember that you must measure the power supply +5Vdc example +24Vdc : example : if you measure 5.4 o 5.5Vdc must be replace and goes on, or less.

The fluctuation can be damaged the power supply.

So many complaints of “it’s too expensive”, “it’s not cheap here”...the control boards are ungodly expensive in the US also, it’s the cost of being in business.

And just my sbm will be repair. After sbm its done.

To mr junker. Its cost expensive. Because my economic not good. I use Indonesian rupiah to convert euro, its expensive for me
