Dear Sir/Madam,
We bought one 2007 Heidelberg Suprasetter 105 CTP Serial # PL001894 without the CPU which was Lost in shipping process, we manage to buy same specification CPU and installed PCI card, it started to work perfectly but Somehow we lost the machine parameters, it seems. Probably because of failed firmware update. We tried to update the firmware? we checked there's no older parameter backup on the computer? we need recorder / Drum parameters
Please note “”the CTP has 3 laser head configuration””” so the parameters should of same. Please advise on the matter and oblige. mashriqpress3@yahoo.co.uk
