Sm72-2p running problem

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a compact sm74 2p.
When I run the press some times machine doesn't run smoothly and there is a dreadful sound.
When the press runs with the impression on, if the speed pass 6000 the trouble appears.
When we want to increase the speed it seems there is a delay.
There is an error in the dyn test that says the press and motor speed are incompatible.
I have checked the motor belt and it doesn't slip.
Does anyone has any idea?

Every electric motor, must have maintenance every year ; for LUBE+BALL BEARING+Varniz. etc

I have checked the encoder sensors l, they work properly. The sound is not from the motor but I'm planning to test it.
