Dear sir,
Hope all doing good.
I have An Heidelberg SM72 machine, where I am facing problem that the printing pressure adjustment icon is disappear from cp tronic display. I have tested SSK board, the potentiometer feedback of DC pressure adjustment motor is present on service display SSK 1
But I can't adjust the printing pressure and when I set the paper thickness also the pressure motor not working.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue

  • How many colors is the machine? Is the thickness motor running?

    I have had this problem on an SM102 before.
    What I did was that I unplugged the SSK connected to the printing pressure adjustment, unplugged the motor cables and switched on the machine. The machine would give you an SSK error. Switch machine off and Plug the SSK back in leaving the motors and finally, switch off machine and connect the motors.
    You can give it a try.

    Hi sir;

    Please 1) Test the ribbon cable of flat cables, very well with Erase pencil, and then cleaned with Electronic Spray contacts cleaner with patience.Look, carefully, for broken, loose, or broken pins, or bent, or faulty connector, or ribbon or flat cables.

    2) Test all REGULATE POWER SUPPLY NTK in TOLERANCE 0.7% up or down, very well, otherwise you must replace it or repair very well.

    3) Clean very well EDGE CONNECTOR in ALL PCB BOARD, with patience with Erase pencil, and then Electronic clean connector Spray, this is the cause in electronic troubleshooting the 75% of failure!!!!.

    4) Look, for Dry and Coler Solder joint.

    5) test and look, all cables, and connector, for dust, dirty, or loose, or broken cables too....!!!
