can any body help

Hi sir:

SEK: Safety–relevant components (e.g. emergency stop
switches, guards, limit switches) are connected to
the 120 inputs, from this electronic Board.

TheREK2 evaluates the signals and decides when an
emergency stop is to be triggered.

I strong recommend you if you can get the REK2 from the machine, where did you test the SEK, and working good,
In that way you will know, if you have : a) some emergency device is faulty condition or b) The REK2 electronic board in your machine is faulty.

  • We had check the following things
    1) SEK,ESK,SAK on running machine and run for 1 hour
    2) we fix all the card again in machine machine boots ok
    3) put the machine in scrolling , machine scroll well for 30 minutes
    4) machine passed the safety test
    5) than we run the machine it give there within in 1-2 minutes ( dyn S-SEk FFBE)
    kindly suggest

    Hi:
FLIFLOP in SEK himself and was not retivado by REK2 within the specified time .
Resolder very well the SEK board for cold+ dry solder, and clean it, the same with Edge connector, otherwise the electronic board is defective

Do a couple of tests, and see when the problem occurs, run paper without print for a few minutes and see how that holds up, if that is ok start printing, normally the problem is indicative of bad sensor somewhere on the press, the sensor isnt necessarily dead but is giving too many false signals too quickly, it could be the infeed photo cells, or the water level sensor as well
