SEK blinking error is SM74

Good evening all of you I am stucked in a problem SM74 Showing SEK Error blinking.
But there are no fault occurred in INT TEST or DYN TEST. But SEK card is fully functional
in another machine tested. What should I do???

 

Send a photo from SEK Input/Outputs

 

You have to see which limitswitch or sensor defective regarding to your input output sek card like ask you mathew

Sir I have checked all the limit switch and emergency stopper everything looks fine.
For just clearing doubt I have removed all the safety input of the (XES CABLES) from (LVT BOX) but situation is still same SEK blinking with 15 no lock.

Check eak card input for for cabinet and open cabinet check for overload problem or auxiliary points problem related
